You may for any reason return your Golden Vortex™ device within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Shipping if applicable is non-refundable. If wanting to return an order or if you would like to make an exchange for a different model just contact us at the email address that your payment was made to and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns and Exchanges require being shipped with a tracking number paid for by the customer and we must be notified of the tracking number and shipping carrier by email. Currently this costs about $3 for domestic orders within the USA via United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping a single pendant. Return requests are extremely rare but we are very easy to communicate with if for any reason you would like to return or exchange your order.
